We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. Be sure before purchasing that your order is correct. WE WILL NOT be responsible for any mistakes you made with your order. 

All sales of press on nails and sizing sample packs are final. No returns or refunds are offered. In a rare case of a defective order please email ascendingnails@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a picture of the defective item and we will get back to you shortly to make the situation right.
